Description:

Ultrasonic Cleaning Indicator was designed to monitor the cavitation energy. It allows testing the operation of ultrasonic washing machines with different washing configurations by measuring the generated cavitation energy. The SONICA washer test consists of a clear vial, with reactive blue-colored solution and glass beads immersed in it. When the cavitation energy is adequate, the solution change from blue to yellow colour.

Usage

Designed for ultrasonic cleaning processes, routine control and monitoring ultrasonic cavitation effectiveness of ultrasonic washing machines operating at frequencies equal to or greater than 35 kHz, at temperatures ranging from 18°C to 50°C.. Daily, routine monitoring and validating according to EN ISO 15883-5

Characteristics

2 ml clear glass vial: 33 mm high x 10 mm external diameter, Blue clear reactive solution: 1.8 ml.
Allows detection of deficiencies in the cavitation performance of the ultrasonic washing machine.
A self-adhesive Record Card accompanies each vial where data about the ultrasonic washing control process can be recorded.
