Designed for ultrasonic cleaning processes, routine control and monitoring ultrasonic cavitation effectiveness of ultrasonic washing machines operating at frequencies equal to or greater than 35 kHz, at temperatures ranging from 18°C to 50°C.. Daily, routine monitoring and validating according to EN ISO 15883-5
2 ml clear glass vial: 33 mm high x 10 mm external diameter, Blue clear reactive solution: 1.8 ml.
Allows detection of deficiencies in the cavitation performance of the ultrasonic washing machine.
A self-adhesive Record Card accompanies each vial where data about the ultrasonic washing control process can be recorded.
